These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website lioncityaircon.sg, our online shop, and the services we provide. By engaging Lion City Air Conditioner Services Pte Ltd (“Lion City Aircon”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

We are a Singapore-incorporated private limited company providing air conditioning servicing, installation, repair, chemical wash, gas top-up, and related services across Singapore.
2. Services we provide
We offer the following services:
- General aircon servicing (per-unit and annual contract packages)
- Chemical wash and chemical overhaul
- Aircon repair (PCB, compressor, fan motor, leaks, electrical faults)
- Gas top-up (R22, R32, R410A and others)
- Aircon installation (System 1 to multi-split, VRV, ducted, cassette)
- Sale of aircon units, parts, and accessories via our online shop
All services are provided in Singapore. Prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclude 9% GST unless otherwise stated.
3. Booking and acceptance of services

A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge receipt and confirm an appointment time. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
By booking, you confirm that:
- You are the owner of the property or have the property owner’s authorisation to engage our services
- You will provide reasonable access to the aircon units at the agreed appointment time
- The information you provide (address, unit count, system type) is accurate
4. Pricing and payment
Service pricing is published on our website and is updated periodically. The price applicable to your booking is the price quoted at the time of booking confirmation, not the website price at the time of service.
Additional charges may apply if:
- The actual scope of work differs from what was booked (e.g., more units than declared)
- Additional services are needed and you authorise them on-site (e.g., chemical wash recommended after general service)
- Replacement parts are required for repair work
- Special access requirements apply (e.g., scaffolding, gondola, high-floor condenser units)
We will inform you of any additional charges before proceeding. You always have the right to decline.
Payment methods accepted: PayNow, bank transfer, credit/debit card, cash. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., for annual contracts or commercial accounts).
Late payment for invoiced amounts may be subject to a late payment charge of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
5. Annual contracts
Our annual servicing contracts include:
- 4 quarterly general servicing visits
- 1 gas top-up (where required)
- Free troubleshooting visits during the contract period
- Free water leak repair (excluding parts)
- Priority same-day booking subject to slot availability
Contract duration: 12 months from the date of the first servicing visit, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation: You may cancel the annual contract by providing 30 days’ written notice. A pro-rata refund may be given for unused servicing visits, less any one-off discount that was applied at the start of the contract.
Renewal: Annual contracts do not auto-renew. We will contact you before expiry to discuss renewal.
6. Warranties
General servicing: If you experience a recurrence of an issue clearly related to our servicing work within 14 days of the visit, we will return to address it at no additional charge.
Repair work: Comes with a 30-day labour warranty. Replacement parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 6–12 months) — terms vary by part.
New aircon installation: Comes with a 1-year workmanship warranty. The aircon unit itself is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1 year for parts and 5 years for the compressor — exact terms vary by brand).
Annual contract customers: Receive free troubleshooting visits and free water leak repair during the contract period.
Warranties exclude:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, power surges, or third-party tampering
- Pre-existing faults not identified at the time of our visit
- Wear and tear of consumable items (filters, etc.)
- Damage caused by other contractors after our visit
7. Customer obligations
To enable us to provide the service efficiently, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your aircon units (number, brand, location)
- Ensure that someone aged 18 or above is present at the appointment
- Provide reasonable access to all aircon units (indoor and outdoor)
- Inform us of any access restrictions (e.g., condo management approval needed for condenser work)
- Move fragile or valuable items away from work areas before the technicians arrive
- Inform us of any pre-existing damage or known issues before work begins
We are not liable for delays, additional charges, or incomplete work caused by lack of access, missing information, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
8. Cancellation and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a booked appointment by contacting us via WhatsApp at +65 8818 5781.
- Cancellations more than 4 hours before the appointment: free of charge
- Cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment, or no-show: a transport charge of $30 may apply
- Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in us declining future bookings
We may also need to reschedule appointments occasionally due to weather, technician unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible if this happens.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from a service we provide shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data)
- We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing faults, age-related deterioration, or third-party interference
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., adverse weather, government restrictions, supply chain issues)
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
10. Online shop
Products purchased via our online shop are subject to:
- Delivery: Within 5–10 business days for in-stock items in Singapore. Delivery for installation is scheduled separately.
- Returns: Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund less return shipping costs. Opened or installed items are not returnable except in case of manufacturing defect.
- Defects: Manufacturer warranties apply. We will assist with warranty claims for products purchased from us.
11. Intellectual property
All content on our website (text, images, logos, videos, designs) is the property of Lion City Aircon or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The “Lion City Aircon” name, logo, and “Ang Mo Aircon Guy” branding are trademarks of Lion City Air Conditioner Services Pte Ltd.
12. Reviews and customer feedback
We may publish customer reviews, testimonials, and feedback (including names and photos where the customer has consented) on our website, social media, and marketing materials. By submitting a review or testimonial to us, you grant us permission to use it for these purposes.
13. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, civil unrest, supply chain disruptions, or technical failures.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We encourage customers to first contact us directly via WhatsApp or email to resolve any concerns. The Singapore Mediation Centre is also available for alternative dispute resolution.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
