We are a Singapore-incorporated private limited company providing air conditioning servicing, installation, repair, chemical wash, gas top-up and related services across Singapore.
2. Personal data we collect
We may collect the following types of personal data, depending on how you interact with us:
When you contact us or book a service:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Residential or business address (for service appointments)
- Type of property (HDB, condo, landed, commercial)
- Aircon brand, system type, and number of units
- Service history with us
- Photographs of your aircon units (when you send them via WhatsApp for diagnostic purposes)
When you make a purchase via our online shop:
- Name, billing and delivery address
- Phone number and email
- Payment information (processed by our payment gateway provider — we do not store full card details)
- Order history
When you visit our website:
- IP address and approximate location (city-level only)
- Browser type and device information
- Pages visited, time spent, and referral source
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 8)
When you sign a service contract or warranty:
- The above plus signed contract documents, warranty registration details, and any service notes from our technicians.
We do not collect NRIC numbers, financial account credentials, biometric data, or any data classified as “sensitive personal data” under PDPA guidance, except where strictly required for invoicing GST-registered customers (in which case we collect business UEN, not personal NRIC).
3. How we use your personal data
We use your personal data only for the following purposes:
- Responding to your enquiries and service requests
- Scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians
- Providing the services you have requested
- Processing payments and issuing invoices
- Sending you booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and service follow-ups via WhatsApp, SMS, or email

All third parties we share data with are required by contract or by law to maintain a level of data protection comparable to the PDPA.
6. Overseas data transfers
Some of the third-party services we use (e.g., Google Workspace for email, our website hosting, WhatsApp Business) may store data on servers located outside Singapore. Where this happens, we ensure that the receiving party provides a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, either through contractual safeguards or by relying on recognised certification systems.
7. Data retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by Singapore law (e.g., business records must be retained for at least 5 years under the Companies Act and IRAS requirements).
After this period, we will securely delete or anonymise your personal data.
You may request earlier deletion of your data, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.

11. Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

14. Governing law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
