This is exactly what happens when our technicians arrive at your home — every time, regardless of how many units. No shortcuts.
Floor sheets, drop cloths and furniture protection go down first. We treat your home like our own — reviews call this out repeatedly.
We turn the unit on, check airflow, listen for noises and note any issues — so we know exactly what we're dealing with.
Front cover, swing flap, filter housing — everything comes off carefully. We know the right clip placement for every brand.
The drainage tray is removed and inspected. This is where most "smelly aircon" problems start — black sludge, mould and bacteria.
The fan roller (blower wheel) comes out. This step alone is what separates real servicing from a 10-minute filter vacuum.
The fins, base and inner surfaces all get a thorough clean before we move them out for jet washing.
Every dismantled part goes under our pressure jet. Years of dust, mould and Singapore humidity flushed out — you'll see it for yourself.
No reassembly until everything is properly dry. Wet reassembly is a fast track to electrical problems and leaks later.
Drainage line vacuumed clear of sludge and bio-buildup. This is the #1 cause of water leaks — and most companies skip it.
Everything goes back together properly, the unit is run, airflow checked, cooling confirmed cold — before we leave.
While we're there we inspect the outdoor compressor (CU), clean it down and check fan operation. Other companies charge extra for this.
Refrigerant pressure is checked with proper gauges. If your unit is low on gas, we'll tell you — and only top up if you agree.
