General servicing at Lion City Aircon starts at $45 for 1 unit, $60 for 2, $75 for 3, $90 for 4, and just $20 per unit for 5 or more. Annual contracts start from $160/year and include 4 quarterly visits plus a gas top-up. Chemical wash is $80/unit, chemical overhaul $100–$150/unit. All prices exclude 9% GST. What's the difference between servicing, chemical wash and chemical overhaul?
General servicing ($20–$45/unit) is the routine clean — full dismantle, jet wash, reassemble. Chemical wash ($80/unit) adds chemical agents to break down deeper grime in the fan coil. Chemical overhaul ($100–$150/unit) is the deepest clean — the fan coil is fully removed from the wall and every part chemical-washed individually. Do you offer free site surveys for installation?
Yes — every installation quote starts with a free site survey. We come to your place, look at the layout, existing trunking, condenser placement and electrical setup, then give you an exact quote based on what's actually needed.
What warranty do you offer?
New installations come with a 1-year workmanship warranty plus FOC parts during that period. Repair jobs come with a 30-day labour warranty. Manufacturer warranties (e.g. Mitsubishi: 1 year parts, 5 years compressor only) apply separately to new units.
