I engaged Lion City Air Con Svc for an air con chemical wash & I must say that I'm very satisfied with the service! The technicians who came by were Rafiqul & Abu Bokor. They were punctual, professional & very thorough in their work. They even explained to me that chemical wash was not necessary the next round & should just opt for the normal servicing instead. Air con is now much cooler & runs smoothly. Will definitely engage them again in the future! 👍🏻

Had issues with my AC with warm air being blown out instead of cold. Reached out to Lion City Air Conditioning in the morning, they immediately slot a troubleshoot session for me in the evening.
Kamrul and Shahidul came at 5.45pm and deduced that my CU motor was overheating and the gas was also at 0 (leak might be in CU). Told them I was shifting home the following year and they immediately reached out to their owner (Hermes) to check for a secondhand CU for me. Got a shock when Hermes came down personally to deliver the CU so that the work could be completed within the day. By 7.30pm, FCU was running smoothly with cold air 🫡 Price is great as well!
Service from them was way and beyond and I’d 100% recommend them, be it new installation, troubleshooting or servicing! Huge kudos to Kamrul, Shahidul and Hermes👍🏼🫡

First time trying out Lion City aircon servicing. I have tried different companies and I must say Lion City is punctual, fast, clean and they even make sure my toilet floor is clean too! Rafiqul and Abu Bokor clean my aircon units very thoroughly. Even took out the inner coil (which the past companies I used didn’t) and jet spray and dry them. Clean every unit inside out. Ensure my aircon is cold before they leave. Gave me good advices on how to maintain my aircon units. Strongly recommend them. 👍👍

1st time using their services today, Technician Kamrul did a great job, explained clearly. The work was done in a systematic way, 1 room after another. He dismantled the aircons in a careful n orderly manner. Mine was a system 4 unit, n brand new installed in July 2025. Despite tat, I was surprised when he washed with the pressure jet, so much of dirt and dust came out. Overall it was an excellent job done with reasonable pricing. I definitely will be signing up a package with Lion City. Thank u Kamrul for a great job.

Did my first general service with Lion City done by Nazrul and Asad. They are in and out by max 20 mins for 1 unit. They even helped to check if my other unit was dirty and gave advice about my next service. I’ve tried three other companies over 8 years and this is the best so far. Will definitely recommend them!

First time trying out this Lion city for ac servicing. From the moment I booked and the staff came to attend to us are seamless. The staff very friendly and helpful. They helped to clean my ac roller by brushing it as mine model cannot be removed. Very happy with the service wil definitely engage them next time. Extremely unfortunate. The angmoh himself doesn’t do a lot of installations these days as far as I know.
In my case, a team of 3 workers were sent to install a system 1 recon Mitsubishi a/c and condenser for my small room of 130 sqft. They messed up the wiring so badly that everything short circuited after 6 months and all hardware were completely wrecked. Obviously angmoh tried to cover it up with all kinds of standard excuses, but i got an expert to come and inspect and the second opinion confirmed that it was bad workmanship that caused this mishap.
What’s more shocking and utterly disappointing is the service recovery. Angmoh fails on one promise after another. He first promised to do a 1-1 replacement and rewiring, then went back on his word 2 days later saying I needed to chip in $500. Not cool, but fine, I agreed to it. He says he’ll arrange for installation within the same week. Then he goes radio silent. Kept chasing him for 2 days for an appointment and he blatantly ignored my messages.
Finally I took this to social media and to my surprise many folks started reaching out to me to share their stories. The common consensus among all of us who’ve had their aircons destroyed by Lion City AC is that Angmoh knows his stuff, but these teams of workers that he sends to do the jobs are absolutely nutcases. Shoddy workmanship and hard-selling of chemical wash are just two of the common themes that kept appearing.
I really wanted to like angmoh and his team as he seemed very down to earth in his videos, but now I learn my lesson. Don’t believe everything social media tells you. It’s all marketing after all.

Saw the air con service via tik tok video and arrange the service today 10may2024, Kamrul & Abu are the service technician. Both are so friendly. They reach on dot. And pretty fast servicing. They do a check for all my 3 units air con. And recommend me of what kind of cleaning to go. So I took the chemical cleaning. They very careful of my furniture as we have cupboard blocking though. Just discovered them after using several other contractors. They responded quickly and sent Naz and team down to our place in 30 mins. Naz and team was very professional, advised us properly that we just need to clean the aircon and compressor then it will be cold again. They were very careful and even attempted to help us clean up the place after they were done with the maintenance. Best of all, the prices were fair too. The only thing I think they can improve is to standardize the pricing and make it more transparent rather than waiting for the team to come down to quote.

Over the past two years, I’ve reached out to about six different aircon companies for site surveys and maintenance services. Unfortunately, I was consistently disappointed due to subpar workmanship. Aircons still being dirty after a "cleaning" isn’t something I’m willing to overlook, especially when I’m paying for the service.
Then I contacted Lion City Aircon for maintenance, and the difference was remarkable. Sarwer and Asad did an exceptional job, delivering a level of thoroughness and professionalism I hadn’t seen before. It was clear they took pride in their work, and I was genuinely impressed.
Encouraged by this experience, I reached out to them again for a site survey to replace my aging System 2 unit, which struggled to cool the room, with a new System 3. One of my biggest concerns was the heavy condensation issue I had with the trunking in my current system.
During the site survey, Hermes, the boss, inspected the setup and immediately identified several problems caused by shortcuts taken during the original installation. These shortcuts, aimed at saving time and effort, were poorly executed and had significantly worsened the condensation issue on the trunking. Hermes reassured me that his team would resolve these problems properly with the new system, and he clearly explained the plan to address the root causes. What impressed me the most was his clear communication and the knowledge he demonstrated. His expertise was apparent, and he gave me the confidence that I could trust them to get the job done right.
When it came to the installation, Liton, Kamrul, and Abu handled the job with the same level of dedication and passion. From the start, they verified all the specifics with us and worked with incredible attention to detail. It was clear they were highly skilled, but what really stood out was their genuine enthusiasm for the work. Their passion for doing things the right way was evident in every aspect of the job, and their dedication to quality truly set them apart.
Even my father, who is notoriously hard to impress, was amazed by the quality of their work. He rarely gives compliments, but after the installation, he went out of his way to commend the team. This speaks volumes about the high standards they upheld.

Kamrul and Nazzrul are so good with their aircon servicing and chemical wash, they have did a fantastic job. All my aircons are working well cool and comfortable now. They are so detailed with their cleaning which I have never seen in any other aircon companies doing it. They removed every parts of the aircon fan coils example blowers which no air con compay has done it before, is worth the money you paid. I strongly recommend them.
