I first learnt about Lion City when I chanced upon a video of its founder, Hermes, talking about how he started the business and then ventured into giving back to the community. I found that to be really inspiring and decided to engage them. I was glad I made that choice because they did not disappoint.

I first came across Lion City Aircon Service through their advertisement, and honestly, I was a little skeptical about whether they could truly deliver what was promised at the price stated. After contacting them, their response was fast, clear, and professional, which gave me the confidence to give them a try.

On the day of service, Nazrul and Asad were assigned to my place.

Had a great experience with Lion City Air Conditioner. Their technicians, Nazrul and Niloy, were professional from start to finish. They called ahead to let me know they were on the way and arrived right on time within the booking slot. Upon arrival, they immediately identified the make and model of my AC system.

I am genuinely amazed by the standard of service provided by Lion City Air Conditioning Services! At such an affordable price, Sarwer and Rana went beyond my expectations. They did a thorough and detailed job, carefully dismantling every removable part of the air conditioning unit for proper washing.

Really appreciate the admin team for accommodating our appointment despite their busy schedule. Abu and Rafi were highly professional and efficient, taking the time to explain the issues clearly and in detail.

I engaged Lion City Aircon Services for general cleaning on 21 January and I'm extremely satisfied with their service. Abu Bokor and Rafiqul were very professional and knowledgeable , they clearly explained when chemical cleaning is necessary and when general cleaning is sufficient, which I really appreciated.

One of the few honest AC servicing company, deliver as advertised. Their general cleaning really dismantle parts to bring down and wash. They bring their jet spray washer and vacuum. The team completed the job fast and efficiently with before after picture taken, left my place clean just as before they came which makes AC servicing a breeze.

Saw the air con service via tik tok video and arrange the service today 10may2024, Kamrul & Abu are the service technician. Both are so friendly. They reach on dot. And pretty fast servicing. They do a check for all my 3 units air con. And recommend me of what kind of cleaning to go. So I took the chemical cleaning.

Kamrul and Abu did an outstanding job! They were not only professional and efficient but also incredibly patient throughout the entire process of aircon cleaning. They took the time to thoroughly explain how to operate the air conditioning system for daily use, ensuring that we understood every setting and function and, to prevent overhaul.

Sarwer and his colleague completed a chemical overhaul for all aircons in my unit today. Sarwer captured photos of the entire process which was great + also explained any issues he had found during servicing. Also appreciated that they left the unit as clean as it was when they arrived.

Mr Sarwer and Mr Rana, was in my house for a chemical overhaul (1unit) and normal servicing for my another 2 unit. They're service is really tip top, and they help to clean up my house after the servicing, and guide me how long should I have my Aircon service.

I had an issue with my 7-year-old Daikin System 3 aircon where two rooms were cold, but one room was not cooling at all. A previous contractor assessed the situation and concluded that the compressor had "no strength" and recommended a full replacement , a costly solution we wanted to avoid as we are planning to sell our house soon.

NAZRUL & ASAD were very very Professional & Efficient. The A team cleaned 5 aircons in 1hour and kept it as clean as they could. Thumbs up to the lovely team. Making the booking was also very easy. I called them at around 9am on 21/6/25 and the team replied after checking their schedules that they can book me in on 26/06/2025 between 5:30-6:30pm.

I had a great experience with Nazrul, the aircon technician. He went the extra mile to repair my air conditioner at night during a very hot period, when I urgently needed it fixed. I was honestly surprised and impressed that he managed to get everything done so quickly and efficiently.

Nazrul and Asad were on time, professional and friendly. They made sure to keep the floor dry and clean while they were servicing the aircon. After the servicing, I asked to borrow their ladder to access the water valve in my false ceiling as my balcony tap had no water.

This is the second time I have engaged Lion City to service my aircon system (VRV, residential).

The first experience was in early October, mainly for cleaning of the blower units. This is a long overdue review as I had forgotten about it. However, I did share with my friends my good experiences with LC. NAZRUL and ASAD did a very good job.

Sarwer and Rana came down to service my aircon. The servicing was exactly as advertised: they removed the dirty units to wash thoroughly, and Sarwer even showed me the before-and-after (really dirty!).

Really appreciate for being patience and informative guidance provided on whatsapp even though I have yet engage ur service. I have asked alot of questions and they help me answer every single one of them. They even provided me with live video recording to help me understand how a nitrogen pressure test is done without the need to cut the gas pipe.

Tried their services for the first time after seeing good reviews on the web . Abu and Rafi attended to the service. They were professional and honest. Gave good advise and guidance on how to best maintain and use the Aircon . I am also impressed by the scope of the work which included taking out the blower fan for pressure jet cleaning (which makes it very clean).
