2,000 Google Reviews Later: How We Actually Get Them (We Have Never Sent a Review Request)

This week our Google profile passed 2,000 reviews, still at 5.0 stars. We are not writing this to celebrate a number. We are writing it because customers ask us fairly often how a company gets that many reviews, and the honest answer is boring, repeatable, and worth explaining, especially if you are trying to work out which aircon company in Singapore to trust.

We have never sent a review request email. Not one.

No automated follow-ups. No SMS blasts. No “leave us 5 stars and get $10 off” offers. Every review on our profile came from a customer who was asked in person by the technician who did the job, after the work was finished and the customer could see the result.

That one detail changes everything about what the reviews say. Read a few and you will notice they name the technicians: Sarwer, Nazrul, Abu Bokor, Rana, Rabiul, Zaherul, Jaherul, Islam, Shahidul, Rafi. That happens because a real person stood in the living room, did the work properly, and earned the right to ask. An automated email cannot earn that.

The three rules that produce the reviews

1. No upselling, ever

Our technicians do not work on commission for extra services. If your unit needs a general service, we do a general service. If a chemical wash is not necessary, we tell you it is not necessary, and we lose that sale on purpose. Customers notice this immediately, because they have usually been through the opposite somewhere else.

2. Prices are published openly

Our aircon servicing in Singapore rates, chemical wash, overhaul, gas top-up and repair prices are all on this website. No “call for a quote” games. You know what you are paying before anyone knocks on your door, and the price at the door is the price on the site.

3. Diagnose first, then quote

Repairs and gas top-ups start with a diagnosis, not a guess. We charge for the visit and waive it if you proceed, so nobody pays for a compressor when the fault is a capacitor, and nobody buys gas every year when the real problem is a leak that needs fixing once.

What 2,000 reviews actually tells you

Ratings can be bought. Volume plus consistency over years is much harder to fake. What we would tell any homeowner comparing companies is this: do not just look at the star rating. Read the recent reviews, check whether they describe specific work and name specific people, and see whether the company replies to the critical ones too. That test is more useful than any badge, including ours.

Thank you

To every customer who took two minutes to write something: thank you. Those two minutes are why a family in Punggol who has never met us decides to let our team into their home. And to our technicians, who collect these reviews the hard way, one honest job at a time: this is your number, not the company’s.
