The Customer Who Reviewed Us Twice

Most reviews are written once, in the hour after a job, while the feeling is fresh. This one is different. Saintanic08 wrote about us, then came back months later, booked a different service, and edited the same review to add a second one underneath.

That is a harder test than a first impression. Anyone can have one good day.

The first visit: general servicing

Abu and Rafiqul took the job. The part of the review we keep coming back to is not the praise, it is the detail:

“Abu carefully inspected and cleaned every corner of the units, ensuring everything was spotless. Rafiqul did an amazing job using a pressure hose to clean all the filters and even helped rinse off any dirt in my toilet afterward — truly going the extra mile!”

Rinsing out the toilet afterwards is not on any job sheet. Filters get washed somewhere, and in most Singapore flats that somewhere is the bathroom. The difference between a good technician and an average one is whether they leave it the way they found it.

“They also shared great advice on how to maintain my aircon units properly. The service was efficient, friendly, and very reasonably priced.”

Advice costs us nothing and saves the customer money. A unit that gets its filters rinsed monthly needs us less often. We would rather tell you that than sell you a service you did not need.

The second visit: chemical wash

Months later, a different job and a different pair of technicians. Rana and Rabiul went in to do a chemical wash on the master bedroom fan coil and the compressor.

“Rana and Rabiul did a thorough chemical wash of my master bedroom fan coil unit and compressor. They were very detailed and meticulous, even taking the time to lay plastic sheets over my bed to keep it clean.”

Look at the photos attached to the review and you can see exactly what that means. The fan coil sits above the bed. There is a plastic sheet taped across the whole unit, funnelling filthy water down into a collection bag, and a second sheet protecting the mattress underneath.

A chemical wash moves a surprising amount of black water. Done carelessly it goes on the bed, the wall and the floor. The containment is not a nicety. It is the job.

Four different technicians across two visits, months apart, and the standard held both times. That is the thing we are actually trying to build, and it is the only thing a second review can prove.
