Warm air in the morning, and one evening to fix it
The aircon was blowing warm air instead of cold. The customer WhatsApped us in the morning, and we slotted a troubleshooting visit for the same evening. Kamrul and Shahidul arrived at 5.45pm and got to work.
The diagnosis came quickly: the condenser unit motor was overheating, and the gas was at zero, which pointed to a leak inside the CU itself. A failing condenser is normally where the big quote comes out: a new outdoor unit, plus installation.
