The Brand’s Own Technician Couldn’t Fix It
Every aircon brand has a service team, and many owners assume the brand’s own technician is the safest pair of hands. Sometimes that is true. This case is about the other times.
Aircon issues for some time, and a dead end
Farhana had been living with a misbehaving LG aircon for a while. She did what most people would do first: she called in the brand’s own technician. In her words:
