What a System 5 is
A System 5 cools five rooms from a single outdoor unit, the full-house option for larger condos, landed homes and big HDB layouts where ledge space is precious and five separate condensers is not an option.
The Daikin System 5 lineup we install runs on the iSmile Eco+ MKM100ZVMG outdoor unit, supporting up to 16.0 kW connected, with CTKM fan coils, all 5-tick on R32.

The honest part
When every room runs at full blast together, the outdoor unit shares its capacity between them per the official combination tables, so each room gets a little less than its solo rating. For the usual pattern of bedrooms at night and living room by day, you will never feel it. If your household genuinely runs everything hard at once, tell us at the site survey and we will size honestly, even if that means a bigger condenser or splitting into two systems.
