One price, no surprises
The price you see includes the full equipment set AND standard installation in an HDB or BTO flat.

- Standard HDB/BTO installation: piping, trunking, drainage, mounting, vacuum and commissioning

Charged separately, only if your home needs it:
- Stainless steel compressor bracket, +$150 if your condenser cannot sit directly on the ledge
- Ceiling works: cutting, patching and painting if new pipes must run through false ceilings, quoted at site survey
- New or additional isolator, installed by the licensed partner electricians we have worked with and trust, quoted separately
- Longer than standard pipe runs, quoted at site survey
- Prices exclude 9% GST. Condo and landed installations are quoted after site survey
