What a System 4 is
A System 4 runs four indoor fan coils off one outdoor unit: typically three bedrooms plus the living room, all from a single ledge spot. It is the whole-home solution for 5-room HDB flats, executive flats and many condos.
The Panasonic System 4 lineup we install runs on the CU-4XU33YBZ and CU-4XU38YBZ outdoor units with CS-XU BKZW fan coils, all 5-tick Excellent on R32 with nanoe X built in.

The honest part
When every room runs at full blast together, the outdoor unit shares its capacity between them per the official combination tables, so each room gets a little less than its solo rating. For the usual pattern of bedrooms at night and living room by day, you will never feel it. If your household genuinely runs everything hard at once, tell us at the site survey and we will size honestly, even if that means a bigger condenser or splitting into two systems.
