Ideal for premises without false ceilings that still need serious ceiling-mounted cooling: shophouses, kitchens, workshops and halls. 4-tick energy rating, R32 refrigerant, inverter technology.

Listed price is the starting price for a standard installation. Suspended installations vary with mounting requirements and site access. The free site survey confirms your exact price before any work starts.

- Standard installation with commercial-grade materials: gauge-22 copper piping (1/4″ to 5/8″), K-Flex Titan Coil 1/2″ insulation, 16mm drainage, 3C40 interconnect wiring and 3C70 CU power supply cable
- 1-year Lion City workmanship warranty on top of the Mitsubishi warranty (1 year parts, 5 years compressor)
Charged separately, only if your site needs it:
- Stainless steel compressor bracket, +$150 per set
- Ceiling works: cutting, patching back and painting, quoted at site survey (a recent 3-unit commercial job came to $780 total for ceiling works, as a reference)
- New or additional isolator (20A or 32A) and new cabling from your DB box where needed: done by the licensed partner electricians we have worked with and trust, typically $200+ to $1,000+ depending on amperage and cable run
- Longer than standard pipe runs, quoted at site survey
- Prices exclude 9% GST
