Cool three rooms with one condenser
The Mitsubishi Electric Starmex System 3 pairs the MXY-3H28VG outdoor unit with three MSXY-FP10VG fan coils (9,000 BTU each). It is the classic setup for a 4-room BTO or resale flat: both bedrooms plus the study or living room, running off a single compressor on your aircon ledge. 5-tick energy rating, R32 refrigerant, and Mitsubishi’s inverter technology that adjusts output to how much cooling each room actually needs.
One price, no surprises
The price you see includes the full equipment set AND standard installation in an HDB or BTO flat. We list everything openly so that when our team visits for the free site survey, the quote confirms what you already know instead of springing surprises.

Charged separately, only if your home needs it:
- Stainless steel compressor bracket, +$150 if your condenser cannot sit directly on the ledge
- Ceiling works: cutting, patching and painting if new pipes must run through false ceilings, quoted at site survey
- New or additional isolator (power supply for the condenser), installed by the licensed partner electricians we have worked with and trust, quoted separately
- Longer than standard pipe runs, quoted at site survey
- Prices exclude 9% GST. Condo and landed installations are quoted after site survey as layouts differ
Installed properly, with materials that last
Most aircon problems years down the road come from two corners cut on installation day. We do not cut either. Your gas pipes get premium single-piece insulation with an extra outer plastic layer, no joined sections to fail. Your drainage runs on minimum 16mm piping with a proper downward gradient at every section, so water flows out instead of pooling into future leaks. The honest detail other shops skip
When all three rooms cool at the same time, the condenser shares its output: each room receives about 2.07kW, with 6.2kW total. That is Mitsubishi’s official simultaneous operation figure and it is comfortably sufficient for bedrooms.
