What a System 2 is
A System 2 cools two rooms from one outdoor unit: one ledge spot, one set of piping, one power point. It fits 2-room and 3-room HDB flats, or two bedrooms while the living room runs its own unit.
The Panasonic System 2 lineup we install runs on the CU-2XU20YBZ and CU-3XU28YBZ outdoor units with CS-XU BKZW fan coils, all 5-tick Excellent on R32 with nanoe X built in.

The honest part
When every room runs at full blast together, the outdoor unit shares its capacity between them per the official combination tables, so each room gets a little less than its solo rating. For the usual pattern of bedrooms at night and living room by day, you will never feel it. If your household genuinely runs everything hard at once, tell us at the site survey and we will size honestly, even if that means a bigger condenser or splitting into two systems.
