Do you charge more on weekends or for far locations?
We serve the whole of Singapore with no transport fees. Booking is by appointment on WhatsApp at +65 8818 5781 and we confirm the exact price in writing before we come.
Why is the troubleshooting fee waived if I proceed?
The fee covers our time to diagnose properly. If you go ahead with the fix, that time is part of the job, so we do not charge it twice.
